Returns and Complaints
Before you return www.organicaonline.com/ Organic products, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Our products pure organic and cultivated in our outhorised farms only, resulting in each packaging being special with high standards of purity. www.organicaonline.com/ believes in helping its consumers as far as possible and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy.
Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if we have initiated and processed the order.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items or product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations please report the same to our email id: firstname.lastname@example.org with the image of 1) damaged shipment 2) packaging 3) Invoice. The request will, however be entertained once our Customer Service Team has checked and determined the same after looking into your complaint and will take an appropriate decision within 24 hours of receipt of the products.
Once the cancellation/replacement request is approved after due verification & consideration if any, then the full amount except the courier charges will be refunded to the customer via original method of payment within 15 to 20 working days.
If the customer raises a return request to return the damaged/unsatisfactory product, he/she will have to bear the shipping/courier charges.
If the customer has paid twice for one transaction, the amount of one transaction will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days.
